1Introduction & Eligibility

88fbcom (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Site") is an international online gaming and betting platform operated primarily for the benefit of users in Bangladesh. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. If anyone else accesses your account, 88fbcom will treat those transactions as legitimate.

3Age Verification & Identity

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account and use the services on 88fbcom. Allowing anyone under 18 to open an account or play is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within 72 hours of a verification request, your account may be temporarily suspended. Verification typically requires one of the following documents:

• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Any government-issued ID

The mobile banking account used for payment verification must be registered in the name of the account holder. Using another person's payment method is not permitted.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

88fbcom currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• The maximum limit per transaction will be determined by the policy of the applicable payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Where possible, please withdraw using the same payment method you used to make your deposit.

5Bonus & Promotional Terms

Separate terms apply to each bonus offer and promotion on 88fbcom. Please read the relevant promotion rules carefully before claiming any bonus. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• All wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. Withdrawing before fulfilling this condition will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or device is not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period ends.
• Bonus usage may be restricted on certain games.

6Gaming Rules

All games on 88fbcom are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed before play begins. General gaming rules include:

• The amount and outcome of every bet are recorded on our servers and cannot be altered.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 88fbcom will consider refunding the bet amount.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit game vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage will result in account suspension.

For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded. If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, the applicable rules will determine the outcome.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88fbcom and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Impersonating another person or accessing someone else's account.

8Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify age.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (90 days).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

9Responsible Gaming

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

• 88fbcom is not responsible for bets lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from game provider server issues will be handled in accordance with the applicable policy.
• 88fbcom will not be held liable for losses resulting from a user's own negligence, such as sharing their password.

12Changes & Dispute Resolution

88fbcom reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the site along with the effective date.
